Is there a cost to post a job ad?

Yes, each job ad costs $195 per ad.

How do I pay for my job ad?

Once you have created your job ad, Step 3 will take you to the payment page. You can pay by credit or debit card and a tax invoice will be emailed to you.

How do I sign up to Pharmacy Jobs?

You can register your account for free by visiting the register tab on the homepage. You will then have full access to all your account information.

Why is my job ad in review?

All jobs are subject to review and approval before being posted live. Look out for our email confirming approval of your job ad.

How long will it take for my job to be approved?

Please allow one (1) hour for your job ad to be approved. You will receive an email confirming it is live along with your tax invoice (please check your junk mail folder). If your job ad is not live within one (1) hour, please contact us at [email protected]

How long will my job ad stay live for?

Your job ad will be live for 30 days unless you cancel, hide, or delete your job ad.

Can I temporarily pause my job ad?

You will be able to hide/unhide your job ad within your 30-day live window. It will immediately be hidden from applicants, but you will still be able to access it and unhide it at any time before it expires.

Can I extend how long my job ad is live for?

No, you will not be able to extend your job ad. Your job ad will expire 30 days after its live date. You will be able to repost your expired job ad, which will be charged the same amount as a new job ad.

What if I want to edit my ad?

You can edit your ads in the My Job Ads tab.

How do I keep track of all my job ads?

You can see your ads in the My Job Ads tab.

Who can see my job ads?

Once published, your job ad(s) will be visible to all potential applicants who are members of Pharmacy Club. Members of Pharmacy Club are the only applicants who will be able to apply for your job ad. Currently there are 37,000+ active and qualified members.

Where will the job applications be sent?

All applications will appear in the My Job Ads tab and can be downloaded. You will also receive email alerts when you receive a new application (unless you opted-out when creating the ad).

How do I contact the applicant?

You can contact the applicant using their contact details in their CV.

Do I need to be a Pharmacy Club member to access Pharmacy Jobs?

Yes, you need to be a member of Pharmacy Club and currently employed in pharmacy.
If you don't have a Pharmacy Club account yet and are working in pharmacy, register here.

Is Pharmacy Jobs free?

Yes, Pharmacy Jobs is free to join and use!

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password in the Your Details tab in the top-right drop-down menu or click this link.

Where will my applications be sent?

All applications will be sent directly to the inbox of the job advertiser.

How do I keep track of jobs I have applied for?

All of the jobs you have applied for will appear in My Applications.

How will I be contacted if my application is successful?

Please ensure your contact details, including your email address and mobile number, are correct on your CV and you will be contacted via those details.
